Abstract
DFB solid-state dye lasers and optical pumping systems were integrated by mounting waveguide laser on the beam expander. And five layer structure designed to suppress the diffusion of the beam was adopted for the waveguide. Subsequently, the fabricated laser and the beam expander were integrated in a PDMS chip with flow-channel. The alignment between the laser waveguide output coupling and the flow-channel was performed and optimized. In addition, the five layer structure could decrease the beam divergence and the beam width of 12mm was obtained at the flow-channel.
