Abstract
We study to apply CPW impedance circuit to RF Frontend LSI. We designed and measured the Voltage Controlled Oscillator with coplanar waveguide resonator, the matching circuit with an impedance inverter circuit and λ/4 resonator by coplanar waveguide which was a distributed element, and Low Noise Amplifier with MIXER by using EM and SPICE co-simulator.
