Abstract

The control of sample focusing behaviors only by simple voltage changes is reported. In this work, an anionic sample was focused by the ion concentration polarization phenomena. We achieved controlling the locations and concentration variations of the focused samples by changing the voltage ratio of the anode channel. Furthermore, the transition of the sample concentration in the side channel at the downstream was successfully observed by controlling the position of the ion depletion boundary.
