A 25-year-old male presented with pain in the left buttock and left testis. At first, we were unable to clarify the origin of the pain, but CT and angiography revealed that pelvic arteriovenous malformation (AVM) was the cause of the pain. Treatment for AVM consists of surgery and transarterial embolization (TAE). We performed TAE four times but although it was effective, the AVM did not completely vanish, and so this patient needs to be followed up carefully.
