Abstract

We measured the conductivity of carbon nanotube aligned by twining polymer: porphyrin polymers possessing conjugated polymer binding sites. Using the electrode with the gap of 100nm, we investigated the electric conduction properties of two dimensional structure of aligned carbon nanotube localized on the nanogap.
