Abstract

Strontium titanate (SrTiO3) has a cubic perovskite-type structure in the wide range of the temperature and is chemically stable from oxidizing to reducing atmospheres. Moreover donor-doped SrTiO3 oxides have high electric conductivity. In this study, the examination was made on the possibilities of the application of polycrystalline of SrTi 1-yNbyO3 and Sr1-xY xTiO3 to the interconnector material of SOFCs. The result of conductivities corresponded to Kroger-Vink diagram of donor-doped SrTiO 3.
