Abstract
This paper describes a new way of computer-mediated collaboration based on two-way linking between discussion and file sharing. We have been developing a system named "Pilgrim" that links a discussion service and a file-sharing service to each other. The system allows users to have discussions on any type of files; it also helps users to find the discussions easily when they browse the files.
