Abstract
Transient transport experiments are performed in LED plasma with electron internal transport barrier (e-ITB). Evidence for a reduction of electron heat diffusivity inside the ITB is observed from cold and heat pulse propagations. The observed enhancement of the cold pulse peak is explained by the temperature dependent electron heat diffusivity. The heat diffusivity inside the ITB decreases with an increase in the electron temperature in LHD.
