Abstract

We model the chiral symmetry feature in terms of a simplest possible non-relativistic quark model for the use of the full many body numerical method developed for nuclear few body problems. We present the numerical results on the properties of the flavor octet baryons, in particular the non-leptonic weak decay of baryons. We apply the model Hamiltonian to the structure of pentaquark system by solving the 5 body system. We find that the 1/2+ state appears clearly as the lowest state and have extremely a small width. We see that 1/2- state does not have a clearly distinguished state and is buried in the continuum above the K+ neutron threshold.
