Abstract
The multiaffine exponent and multigrowth exponent of ballistic deposition growth for noise obeying a power-law distribution was investigated using numerical simulation. The simulated values of multigrowth exponent were also compared with the asymptotic function. The results indicate that multiaffine exponent is determined by competition between large rare events and Kardar-Parisi-Zhang (KPZ) universality.
