N2 - Nowadays Body Sensor Networks (BSN) is considered to be the most potential technology in wireless sensor network. In the area of body sensor network, the main work is to monitor the physical data of users and transmit it through the whole network. Due to the sensitivity of data in the era of network development, privacy protection has become the hot topic in BSN authentication area. In this paper, we give a comparative survey on key management in BSN, and compare them in terms of different factors. Finally, the comparison results are presented.
