N2 - With the developing of information and communication technology, e-learning becomes more and more popular and important. Especially, the mobile computer devices such as smartphones become popular, we can use e-learning contents at any time and anywhere. One kind of e-learning contents is the quiz game. It is a kind of basic but widely-used contents. It can be used both to test students and to help them remember knowledge points. In this paper, we propose an extended framework which can help quiz makers to create quizzes using multi-media contents. Especially, we discuss how to create quizzes in the medical field. We build a database for storing the quiz resources, in which the data is organized in the format of Linked Data. In this database, there are a lot of multi-media contents, such as images and 3D contents. We also discuss how to effectively store and manage these multi-media contents.
