Abstract

The performances of Sleplan's PSWF and Gaussian chip waveforms are compared in asynchronous CDMA systems, where Markov spreading codes are employed. Bit error rate of Gaussian and PSWF filters are significantly better than RRC filters. Implementation of the pulse shaping filters and Markov code generators by an FPGA will be reported at the conference.
