N2 - A 78-year-old man was admitted to our hospital due to AMI with cardiogenic shock. An emergent coronary angiogram revealed LMT-equivalent disease (LMT-ED). Moreover, his iliac arteriogram showed severe stenosis at the left common iliac artery. We immediately performed PCI from the right brachial artery following insertion of PCPS from the right femoral artery and vein. The Y-stent technique for LMT-ED was safely performed under PCPS. Left iliac angioplasty was performed after PCI, and the IABP could also be inserted from the left femoral artery. This procedure was very useful for the management of LMT-ED with cardiogenic shock due to AMI to perform PCI under PCPS.
