Abstract

A case of optic neuropathy, caused by orbital infiltration of ethmoidal malignant lymphoma, was treated with topical X-ray irradiation and cyclophosphamide, farmorbicin, vincristin and prednisolone (CHOP) therapy. After the treatment, visual acuity improved from no light perception to 0.5, and critical flicker frequency improved to 30 Hz. However, central scotoma and disturbance of color sense remained.
