Abstract

A 60-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with high fever and abnormal shadow on a chest radiograph. Chest radiograph and computed tomography revealed a mixed pattern of glandgrass [E1] and honeycomb shadow in both lung fields. Serum MPO-ANCA titer was elevated. Percutaneous renal biopsy showed necrotizing glomerulonephritis with small vessel vasculitis. Combination therapy with PSL and CPA was effective. This is an important case of MPA with a chest radiograph finding similar to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. [E1] The spelling of this word could not be confirmed.
