N2 - We have previously proposed a synchronous THzwave combiner with linearly arrayed power sources. With four arrayed photomixers we experimentally confirmed directional gain of 5.9 dB. In this paper, for exerting full performance of the array effect, we configured for the first time two-dimensionally arrayed THz-wave combiner and demonstrated a power gain of 4.8 dB compared to the linear array.
