Abstract

The enPiT Evaluation WG evaluates the educational effectiveness of enPiT, a practical IT human resource development program. The enPiT Evaluation WG have evaluated undergraduate student education from 2016 on three different items based on the evaluation experience through master’s degree education from 2012. There are three items: an objective evaluation using a test to measure behavioral characteristics, and evaluation by faculty and professionals using a questionnaire. This paper reviews the educational evaluation methodology in enPiT2 and presents the results of the evaluation of enPiT2 over a full year.
