Abstract
This paper is about social system design through case study of firms in Kyushu for building an export promotion platform of local produced foods as a solution of issues in local pertinent organizations which to plan an exportation of fresh foods that is increasing demand globally by Japanese foods boom. In conclusion, I found out the importance building the glocal food value chain, which are linked from the soil of local cities up to stomachs of consumers in abroad.
