Abstract

We have developed organic wavelength monitoring system on both sides of ITO/PET film using ink-jet and dispensing techniques. Previously, newly developed organic photo-diode used 10mm×10mm photovoltaic area patterned by multiply shots of inkjet system. The inhomogeneous area couldn't be biased and partially degraded. Currently, photo-diode (0.2mm-diam) formed by single dot-shot from ink-jet were successfully fabricated and coupled with waveguide lasers. It showed that detectable energy of > 1 nJ was obtained, and temporal resolution was improved by 8.4 times.
